Can I exchange or return my order?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot currently accept returns for unworn items. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

  • In the unlikely event your garment arrives damaged, please send
    pictures as proof to indivaagarment@gmail.com. We will record the
    issue and communicate next steps. We offer store credit or a full
    refund for damaged items.

  • Yes! All our products are made with 100% organic cotton and natural
    dyes, or we use upcycled materials.

What about variations in color and print?

  • Due to the natural dyes, there may be slight irregularities in prints
    and colors. Additionally, there may be slight variations between
    product images and the actual color due to the use of natural dyes.
